At Aycan Maritime, we operate within a 4,500 m² facility, including 3,000 m² of covered production area, where we carry out all stages of ship manufacturing.
Our infrastructure is fully equipped for CNC cutting, plate preparation, pre-fabrication, panel fabrication, module fabrication, block assembly, and boat construction up to 35 meters in length.

Our workshops are equipped with overhead cranes offering a total lifting capacity of 40 tons (2 x 10 tons in each hall).
As a company that minimizes external dependency in production processes, we continue to bring steel to life with our advanced machinery — including CNC cutting systems, press brakes, bending machines, lathes, and milling machines.
